Cancellation PoliciesCancellation Policy: BOARDING Boarding reservation must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the beginning of your boarding stay. Failure to do so will result in credit issued for 50% deposit paid and can be applied to your next stay within six (6) months of boarding stay drop off date. Boarding reservation cancelled within 48 hours of boarding stay date or no show will result in forfeiture of 50% deposit paid. GOLD STATUS VIP Package Holders, please contact us directly. DAYCARE: For play date cancellations, please call us day before to avoid daycare charge. Failure to cancel any reservation will result in an additional "no show" charge of $50.

What is special handling?We will need to add a special handling fee if pet has been deemed aggressive towards staff or other pets - Daily $15.00 without demand payable at end of stay. This is for the safety of all, pets and staff.

FAQ's1. What is The Boarding Boutique? The Boarding Boutique is a family owned and operated facility with spacious suites in a safe and clean environment for your pets to stay and play and spa. Our experience and dedication to giving your pets the attention and care they need during their stay will allow you to relax and enjoy your time away. We offer boarding for a variety of pets including dogs, cats and most small cages animals. 2. How is The Boarding Boutique different from the boarding kennel or vet I use now for my pet? We have an all-suite facility with affordable pricing We offer large group play, small group play, group play of "like temperament" and private playtimes to ensure the safety of your pets Our pet-care staff are hand-picked for their love of pets Our facility is designed with safety in mind We cater to your pets every need. Cleanliness is of the highest standard. 3. Do you provide any other service besides boarding? We provide boarding, daycare, spa treatment, full bath, sani-bath, ear cleaning, nail cut/trim and de-shedding. 4. What are the hours of The Boarding Boutique? Lobby Open Drop off/Pick Up Weekdays 7 am- 11 am and 3 pm - 7 pm Drop off/Pick Up Weekends 9 am - 11 pm and 5 pm - 7 pm We take care of all our guests in-between these times. 5. What time is check-in and check out? Check in time Mon-Fri 3pm to 7 pm Check out time Mon-Fri 7 am to 11 am Early Check in Mon-Fri 7 am to 11 am, incurs additional early check in charge. Late Check out Mon - Fri 3 pm to 7 pm, incurs an additional late check out charge. Early Check In on the weekends: 9 am to 11 am, incurs an additional charge. Late Check out on the weekends 5 pm to 7 pm, incurs an additional charge. There are special considerations for check in and outs ; If special arrangements needed, there will be additional $40.00 charge. For the comfort of our pet guests we clean suites daily and upon need, suites are checked throughout the day to ensure maximum comfort and adhere to high cleaning standards. 7. Where do you take the dogs during walks? Dogs are walked throughout the day, all day, on a rotation in our exercise yards complete with forever lawns and/or our indoor playrooms. We refer to each playtime as a walk but this is not in the traditional sense. We do not simply walk them on a leash around and then back in. It is more like you would let them out at home - free to run, romp, sniff and relax at their own pace, with a group if permission is granted by pet parent or privately at pet parent request. Additionally the large very spacious play yards are equipped agility equipment, designed especially for dogs and with large overhead canopies for comfort during hot summer days or rainy days. 8. Can you accommodate special dietary needs for dogs and cats staying at The Boarding Boutique? We highly recommend you provide your own food for the comfort of your pets. *There is a $1.00 fee per feeding if you wish to use the house food. We are happy to accommodate any special diets a guest might have. If you have a special food just bring the food with you and provide us with directions. Also, please bring any medications ($1.00 fee per administration) and with strict instructions from you we will absolutely carry them out! 9. Are vaccinations required before a dog or cat can stay at The Boarding Boutique? Yes, please see Boarding Requirements section to see our vaccination requirements. 10. Can I call in to check on my pet? ABSOLUTELY! We encourage you to call or email us to check on your pet. We also post daily pics on our Facebook and Instagram pages. 11. If my pet has a medical emergency does The Boarding Boutique have access to an emergency vet? Your pet's health and safety are of highest importance to us and we have established procedures to ensure that we are ready if a pet experiences a health situation while in our care. Should your pet need veterinary care, we take your pet to an emergency veterinary facility, based on their availability. 12. I have never boarded my pet before. Should I worry? Relax. You can feel confident and worry-free about your decision to place your pet in our care. As pet parents ourselves, we know boarding your pet is typically much more stressful for you than your pet. We've taken every measure to ensure you have peace of mind that your pet will be safe, loved and have a great time while in our care. Generally can takes anywhere from a few hours to a day for them to relax and trust the new environment. Does not take long! 13. Besides when I go on vacation, what are some other occasions when I could use The Boarding Boutique? There are lots of times when we can help. Here are a few suggestions: Business travel Holidays, birthday parties, other special events in your home or visiting friends/family. Allergic house guests Work done to the house (i.e., carpets or pool being cleaned, sprayed for bugs) Showing the house for sale/moving A new baby in the house; your pet (and YOU) need time to adjust Sometimes you just need to REST, recover after a medical procedure or after stressful circumstance.

What is the difference between medium single and double?The dog's area is double the size and and has higher walls to prevent them from jumping out.

Boarding Safeguard RequirementsFor the health, safety and welfare of all of our guests and staff we require the following: Written Proof of Vaccinations From Veterinarian Office *Must have before Check-In | Dropoff* Dogs: Rabies: Once a year or as vet recommends DHPP (Distemper/Parvo): Once a year or as vet recommends Bordetella (Canine Cough): Every six (6) months. (once a year is insufficient for canines in a highly populated area) Oral Bordetella vaccine is good same day. WE PROVIDE for your convenience on the day you drop off for boarding/daycare. We offer the Bronchi-Shield® ORAL vaccine for purchase to administer to your dog at check-in for $38.00 due upon drop off. MEDICATIONS: At your request will be given as directed, $1.00 each time medication is given. Cats: Rabies: Once a year or as vet recommends FVRCP: (as vet recommends either yearly or every three years depending on age) FELV (optional, but highly recommended, given there are other cats in the same room) Reservation Confirmation Reservations are secured with a 50% of estimated costs due for boarding. How to get this done? 1. Phone call to 972-446-WOOF (9663): we would be happy to discuss your boarding request via phone, real human. :), and finalize your reservation collecting the 50% estimated costs for boarding at this time using a credit card, your card is used to collect balance due upon last day of boarding stay or on daycare day. 2. Email: boardingboutiquecarrollton@gmail.com, contact us about your boarding needs and number where to contact you. We will call you to finalize your boarding request and accept the 50% estimated costs for boarding. (DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION VIA EMAIL. PAYMENT METHODS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED VIA PHONE CALL, IN PERSON, OR ONLINE.) Please have your veterinarian email your pet's vaccination records to us as soon as you make your reservation. Must have before check-in | dropoff. If you provide your vet contact information, we will also make effort to secure records for you. Unfortunately, without written proof for required vaccinations we will be unable to accept your pet at drop off. Verbal declarations of current vaccinations will not be accepted. We will send you an email confirmation of your reservation and all vaccination information we were able to collect. If fleas or ticks are detected upon arrival or subsequently, a flea bath and Capstar pill will be required at pet owner's expense and due without demand at current rates.
